About Heath Road Day Nursery
We are a 38 place nursery catering for children aged from 3 months up to 5 years. Children are grouped into three age categories:
We are able to offer the following KEY SERVICES in both urban and rural contexts:-
- Babies: 3 months – 2 years
- Toddlers: 2 years – 3 years
- Pre-school: 3 years +
Each child is assigned a Key worker who will work closely with the child and their Parent/ Guardian to ensure we are providing the best possible care for each individual child.
The Staff
All our staff are trained and hold a qualification in childcare. All staff must pass a compulsory police check before working for Heath Road Day Nursery. We also have a qualified cook on premises who prepares a well-balanced and nutritional diet for the children. Volunteers and trainees are welcomed at the nursery but will not be left unsupervised.
Opening Times
We are open from 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday for 50 weeks of the year. We are closed on Bank/Public Holidays and 1 compulsory week in July. We close for 3 staff training days with in the year. Full time or part time sessions are available.
