Curriculum

We follow the curriculum laid out in the Early Years Foundation Stage Principles for children aged from birth to 5 years.

The Four Principles are:

    We aim for every child to be a competent learner who is resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.

    Through loving and secure relationships between the child, parents and the child’s Key workers, we aim for every child to learn how to be strong and independent.
  • Enabling Environments
    We aim to use the environment as a key role to support and extend the children’s development and learning.
  • Learning and Development
    We understand that all areas of learning and Development are equally important and therefore ensure that our daily activities cover all of the following areas:
  • Personal, Social and emotional
  • Communication, Language and Literacy
  • Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy
  • Knowledge and Understanding of the World
  • Physical Development
  • Creative Development
